Eligibility
- Only Saudi Aramco 11+ employees, and their dependents, 16 years and older, who are eligible to use recreation facilities may submit entries.
- Each artwork must be originally designed and executed by the submitting artist.
- All artwork must be new, originally designed and must not have been displayed in a previous DAG Art Show for the last 5 years.
- Molds (unless original molds), rubbings, paint-by-numbers, tracings, mechanical enlargements, reproductions of paintings or copies of published works shall not be accepted.
- Mass produced artwork shall not be accepted.
- In the Printmaking category, only artists proof or a print within the first 25 prints of a limited edition, which has been hand pulled by the artist, will be accepted. No commercially reproduced prints will be accepted.

- DAG members: SR 200
- Non-members: SR 300

Acceptance
- A maximum of 10 pieces can be submitted for all categories accept the categories that has glass, ceramic and jewelry can be more depending on the available space. Only two framed items larger than 35in x 50in (including frames) will be accepted in these 7 pieces. All remaining artwork must be this size or smaller.
- All work must be ready for presentation and display. If the artwork is not framed, the sides of it should be painted properly as part of the art work. The art work will be rejected if it does not meet this regulation.
- All paintings, graphics, drawings, photography must be ready to hang with wire installed.
- Pieces not conforming to these requirements will be rejected.
- We will not wait for you to correct any problem with your artwork setup. It must be ready when submitted.
- Artists must inform DAG in advance of any special display requirements for their pieces or provide their own display stand when the artwork is submitted. Please email Art Show Committee if you have any questions
- The DAG Show Committee will view all artwork on receiving day to determine its acceptability to be displayed in the show. The committee will have the right to reject any artwork and its decision will be final.
- All artists will be required to sign a release of liability for loss or damage to their artwork.
Setup
- Artwork displays will be the sole responsibility of the DAG committee.
- The DAG Show Committee reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the placement of all artwork.
Sales
- Art Sales will be handled by DAG and a 15% commission on all sales will be charged.
- Full purchase price must be paid in cash at the time of purchase.
- No orders will be taken by DAG for any artwork.
Other Information
- Artists may leave a supply of business cards in an envelope on receiving day to be used at the sales desk for enquiries.
- Artist presence is requested on opening night and during the show.
- Children under 14 are not allowed on opening night.
