I have practised a variety of arts over the last few years including silk painting, still life and glass fusing. My current interest is in Islamic geometric art.  This involves the precise drawing of the geometric patterns using a compass and ruler and tesselation in order to produce a repeating pattern.  I enjoy contrasting the precision of the patterns by painting them in a free flowing style with watercolour.
