Aseel Hussein

Born in Kuwait to a Syrian mother and Egyptian father, she was destined to entwine with different cultures from the very beginning. Add to that the multinational schooling, friendships and the moving to and from different countries (last of which was Montreal, Canada, before settling in KSA for the past 5 years), then the reason behind her love to be around people becomes evident. A degree in dental surgery and family obligations, took away from her time to embrace her artistic side. Only recently has her self-taught fervour for artistry, especially contemporary painting, become apparent again.
